BARNSDALL ART PARK
The heart of the festival is the Barnsdall Art Park in Hollywood. Located at the crest of Olive Hill, near the intersection of Hollywood Blvd. and Vermont, Barnsdall Art Park offers breathtaking views of Los Angeles and the Hollywood Sign. The grounds feature the famous Hollyhock House, built in the 1920s by the acclaimed architect Frank Lloyd Wright, as well as the Municipal Art and Junior Arts Center galleries, host to contemporary Los Angeles artists.

DIRECTIONS
Getting to Barnsdall by bike: Los Angeles Bike Coalition will be hosting the Swerve Festival Bike Valet. Ride your bike and/or take public transportation to the festival and receive coupons redeemable for prizes at the Global Inheritance booth.

Getting to Barnsdall by car:
From Hollywood:
From the 101 Freeway, exit Hollywood Blvd. (turn left if heading south, right if heading north). Drive to 4800 Hollywood Blvd.

From the Westside:
Take the 10 Freeway East to the 110 North/Pasadena to the 101 North/Hollywood. Exit on Vermont Ave and turn right, turn left at Hollywood Boulevard. The park entrance is the first turn on the left.

Getting to Barnsdall via public transportation:
Barnsdall Art Park and the nearby Vista Theater are both accessible by Metro Bus and Rail at the Vermont/Sunset Station on the Red Line.
